本品结构中有一羧基和氨基，故兼有酸碱两性。多烯类抗生素主要用于深部真菌感染，此类抗生素与真菌细胞上的甾醇结合，损伤膜的通透性，导致真菌内钾离子、核苷酸、氨基酸等外漏，破坏正常代谢而其抗菌作用。除支原菌外，细胞缺少甾醇的细菌不能被多烯类抗生素所作用。游离甾醇和细胞膜上的甾醇竞争多烯类抗生素，而使多烯类抗生素作用减少。This product is a structure of carboxyl and amino, both between acid and alkali. Polyene antibiotic is mainly used for deep fungal infection,
such antibiotics combined with fungal cells sterol, damage of the membrane permeability, causing fungi in potassium ion leakage, nucleotides,
amino acids thereof, destroy the normal metabolism and its antibacterial effect. Cells lack of sterol except mycoplasma bacteria cannot be
polyene antibiotic effect. Free sterol and sterol competition on the cell membrane polyene antibiotic, and make the polyene antibiotic effect reduced.
