生产方法 

将 1 mol 斯盘 80 预热后投入反应釜，在搅拌下加入催化剂量的氢氧化钠水溶液，开搅拌，抽真空脱水。用氮气置换釜中空气后，升温至 140 ℃开始通环氧乙烷 22 mol ，反应温度维持在 180 ～ 190 ℃，

通完环氧乙烷后，停止抽真空。冷却将料液打入中和釜用醋酸中和至酸值 2 左右，再用适量双氧水脱色，*脱水至含水量 3% ，冷却出料包装即得成品。
