配制过程

有不同的浓度： 1% 、 1.2% 、 2% 、 3% 等一般用 1% 浓度的凝胶用来分离几百到几千 bp 大小的 DNA 。
称好琼脂糖后，放入 TAE 或 TBE buffer 中，用微波炉加热溶解，冷却至 55  ℃时，加入少量 EB 或替代物，倒入模中，冷却凝固。 

With different concentration: 1%, 1.2%, 2%, 3% with 1% concentration of gel used for separation

 of several hundred to several thousand bp size of DNA. After good agarose said, in the airport 

or TBE buffer, dissolves in the microwave heating, cooling to 55  ℃ , add a small amount of EB or substitute, 

in die, cooling solidification.
