配制过程

有不同的浓度：1%、1.2%、2%、3%等一般用1%浓度的凝胶用来分离几百到几千bp大小的DNA。
称好琼脂糖后，放入TAE或TBE buffer中，用微波炉加热溶解，冷却至55 ℃时，加入少量EB或替代物，倒入模中，冷却凝固。
