交联葡聚糖凝胶是 将纯化后的线性葡聚糖（ a-1 ， b- 吡喃型葡聚糖）与环氧氯丙烷反应，再导入丙三醇侧链而在葡聚糖链间形成交联链，

再将所得的凝胶制成直径不同的球形即可。所得三维实体在水中能溶胀而不能溶解。交联度越高，凝胶孔径越小。
