将纯化后的线性葡聚糖（ a-1 ， b- 吡喃型葡聚糖）与环氧氯丙烷反应，再导入丙三醇侧链而在葡聚糖链间形成交联链，再将所得的凝胶制成直径不同的球形即可。

所得三维实体在水中能溶胀而不能溶解。交联度越高，凝胶孔径越小。

Purified linear glucan (a - 1, b - pyran glucan) reaction with epichlorohydrin, then import the glycerol side chain crosslinking 

chain is formed between the glucan chains, then the gel made from different spherical diameter. The three-dimensional entity can swelling in water and can't dissolve. The higher the degree of crosslinking, gel pore size is smaller.
