鉴别试验

称取约 0.1g 试样，溶于 1000ml 水中，呈红色澄清溶液。
取上述红色澄清溶液 40ml ，加入 1% 硫酸溶液 10ml 后该溶液呈暗紫红色，取此液 2 ～ 3 滴加入 5ml 水中，呈红色溶液。称取 0.1g 试样，溶于 100ml 乙酸铵溶液 (1.5g/L) ，取此溶液 1ml 加 1.5g/L 乙酸铵溶液配至 100ml ，该溶液的*吸收波长为 499nm ± 2nm 。
