含量分析

按 OT-15 中方法二测定色素总含量。所取试样量为 0.6 ～ 0.7g 。配制缓冲液用 15g 酒石酸氢钠。每 ml ， 0.1mol/L 三氯化钛相当于色素 0.01274g 。
