按 OT-15 中方法二测定。称取试样约 3g( 准确至 0.0002g) 溶于新煮沸并已冷却到室温的水中，移人 500ml 容量瓶中，稀释至刻度，摇匀。吸取 50ml 试样液置于 250ml 锥形瓶中，加入柠檬酸三钠 15g ，水 150ml ，在液面下通入二氧化碳气流的同时加热至沸，并用 0.1mol/L 三氯化钛标准液滴定至无色为终点。
同时以 50ml 水代替试样液，以相同方法做一空白试验。
